Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get paid?

Through your Social Snowball dashboard. You can choose how to cash out (cash, gift cards, store credit, and more), and we pay at the beginning of each month after commissions approve.

When do commissions approve?

30 days after the order date (to cover returns/exchanges). Payouts run at the start of the month for all approved commissions from the prior period.

How is tracking handled?

You’ll have a unique affiliate link and a discount code. Sales using your link or code are attributed to you automatically. (Social Snowball also protects against code leaks with Safelinks.)

Is self-referring allowed?

No—self-purchases, coupon stacking, and reselling are not eligible for commission.

What if my follower forgets to use my code?

If they clicked your link before buying, the sale still attributes to you. (We recommend always sharing your link in bios/swipe-ups and code in captions for clarity.)

Will I get a free case?

We sometimes seed product to select partners based on fit and content plan. You can indicate interest on the application.

Any legal requirements?

Yes—FTC disclosures are required on every sponsored/affiliate post. Use clear language like “#ad”/“#sponsored” or “affiliate link,” placed where viewers won’t miss it (including on stories).
